If something isn’t right, we offer the following options within 30 days of delivery:

Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement—your choice.
2. Keep the Item & Receive a Partial Refund or Store Credit

Prefer not to ship the item back?

You can keep the product and receive a 50% refund to your original payment method or store credit for the full order amount.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
